This beautiful massage and exercise tool is made exclusively for Whole Woman in the heart of Maine, USA. Crafted from Eastern hardwood, the baton is used in most of the Whole Woman exercise programs, and is the perfect size and weight to offer both stabilization and resistance during Whole Woman workouts. The baton doubles as a fine massage tool, with wide grooves for the spine, and narrow ones for the soles of the feet. The Whole Woman baton is also an excellent tool to use for releasing trigger points in the thighs, calfs, and elsewhere. Dimensions:
