First Aid for Pelvic Organ Prolapse
$24.95

Christine Kent wrote the definitive book on pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence, called Saving the Whole Woman, in 2003. The 2nd edition of the book contained a CD of original piano music, which was discontinued, since many people no longer own CD players. Until she is able to write the 3rd edition of her classic book, Christine has provided this essential eBook, First Aid for Pelvic Organ Prolapse and Urinary Incontinence.

With revolutionary information every woman needs to know to stabilize and reverse prolapse and incontinence naturally, this Whole Woman eBook describes the true anatomy of the female body, which is unrecognized by gynecology and physical therapy, yet can be easily verified by every woman! It explains in detail what goes wrong to cause prolapse and incontinence symptoms, why all “pelvic floor” surgeries are anatomically misconceived, and most importantly, what women can do to bring themselves back to health.

Download this essential guide and have immediate access to the most vital and accurate information on prolapse and incontinence that exists anywhere!

The Whole Woman Breast Book
$24.95

Long ago, women lost their ancient knowledge about their bodies, natural medicine, pregnancy, and childbirth. Scientific medicine replaced natural medicine, often with severe repercussions for women’s health.

Ironically, however, the rigorous constraints of the scientific method have made it possible that factual and reproducible evidence has been revealed alongside all the “junk science” existing in medical journals.

In this remarkable eBook, Christine Kent brings to life the natural workings of the female breast, from childhood through pregnancy, lactation, and weaning. Every girl entering womanhood should have access to the knowledge of how miraculous her breasts truly are.

No area of women’s health has been more perilously exploited than breast cancer. The Whole Woman Breast Book is far more than a scathing exposé of the breast cancer industry. Christine Kent has provided a powerful roadmap to understanding what breast cancer is, how women the world over are being treated with protocols based on old and fallacious science, and how a whole new science of breast cancer has been kept from the public for over a decade.

While breast implants are the #1 cosmetic surgery being performed the world over, The Whole Woman Breast Book clearly elucidates the profound  and lifelong repercussions of breast implant surgery. Christine Kent brings to light the deep woundings of breast implants, and why no woman really benefits from such a harmful and senseless operation.

Much of The Whole Woman Breast Book is highly technical and will soon be followed by The Whole Woman Breast Book Workshop, a video course packed with practical knowledge gleaned from the extensive science presented in the book.

Video Courses

  • The Secret Life of Breast Cancer

The Secret Life of Breast Cancer is the companion video to The Whole Woman Breast Book, authored by Christine Kent and available in the Whole Woman store. With over 2 hours of video content, this series describes the latest findings in breast cancer research, which ironically support natural alternatives to conventional therapy for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. This video course provides practical actions women can take, including instruction in preparing natural foods and medicines that support healthy breasts. Navigating a cancer diagnosis is a formidable task, and the information contained in this series is meant to be used within the context of the full range of options available through the medical system.

  • First Aid for Pelvic Organ Prolapse

The Whole Woman work began in 2003 and was centered around the conditions of pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence. The First Aid for Pelvic Organ Prolapse video series contains footage spanning almost two decades, going back to those early years.

Gynecology does not have a holistic view of the female body, and has done a disservice to women by continuing to rely on old and inaccurate models of female pelvic anatomy. All surgeries currently performed for pelvic organ prolapse are associated with high failure rates and significant side effects.

First Aid for Pelvic Organ Prolapse video course turns the gynecological view on its head, and points out true female pelvic anatomy which any woman can easily verify for herself.

The female pelvic organ support system is a postural system, they are one and the same. First Aid for Pelvic Organ Prolapse provides thorough instructions on Whole Woman posture, as well as lifestyle factors, including how to sit, stand, lift, and carry. Proper toileting posture is also demonstrated to help women avoid worsening prolapse symptoms. The video series contains a Whole Woman Yoga workout, as well as a ballet-like exercise program, yet without the suck-and-tuck misalignment of classical ballet.

  • First Aid for Your Vagina

First Aid for Your Vagina video series tells the amazing story of the ancient relationship between flowers, bees, and women. The same beneficial microbial species that keep flowers and bees healthy, also keep women - and by extension the human race - healthy. The human vagina is the only animal vagina in nature that has a uniquely health-giving microbiota. Women are very protected against disease and discomfort, but most have no idea of the powerful anti-microbial defense system they are endowed with. Late miscarriage and pre-term birth are largely the result of loss of vaginal health. This video course delves deeply into how women can prepare their bodies for a healthy birth. Cervical cancer will become a disease of the past when women understand that the conditions that give rise to cancer cannot exist in a healthy vagina. Regular pap smears are not true prevention, particularly because they are based on laboratory procedures that have not been scientifically validated. Real protection comes from restoring the vagina to primal health, which is clearly outlined in this video series.

  • First Aid for the Post-Hysterectomy Woman

Although hysterectomy is one of the most common surgeries of the modern era, most women have no idea of the far-reaching consequences of removing the uterus. The uterus, and its broad attachments to the spine and pelvis, is what separates the abdominal from the pelvic cavities. When removed, the intestines move downward into the space once occupied by the uterus.

Post-hysterectomy women are highly subject to developing “vault prolapse,” a condition in which the vagina turns inside out due to the weight of the intestines pressing on the top of the vagina. The First Aid for the Post-Hysterectomy Woman video course describes the only two surgeries performed to re-suspend the prolapsed vagina, both of which are associated with high risk and equally high failure rates.

Detailed anatomical information is provided for women who wish to avoid further surgery, and manage post-hysterectomy symptoms naturally.

  • First Aid for Knees

First Aid for Kneesvideo course brings to life revolutionary concepts about chronic knee pain. The science is clear that the synovial membrane of healthy knees supports a thriving population of beneficial microorganisms. When that microbiome becomes dominated by pathogenic (disease-causing) species, pain, swelling, and ultimately breakdown of structures supporting the knee occurs. Remarkably, estrogens and phytoestrogens are responsible for signaling the production of carbohydrates that create and sustain synovial fluid within the joint. You will learn about the real kind of hormone replacement therapy needed for post-menopausal knee health, which has nothing to do with pharmaceutical drugs.

The First Aid for Knees video course contains a wealth of knowledge on how to restore a healthy microbiome to the knees. Proper structural alignment is equally important to maintaining longterm knee health. Included in this series are comprehensive instructions on how to sit, stand, and move to restore and maintain mobility and comfort to the knee joints.

Once you see knee health within the holistic context of working with the entire body - inside and out - to provide ongoing sustenance to the knees.

  • First Aid for Chronic Hip Pain

Chronic hip pain is often viewed by the practice of orthopedics as inevitable due to the inherently faulty and defective structure of the human body. While in reality, orthopedics itself has a highly flawed and distorted perspective of how the standing human pelvis is aligned under the forces of gravity. Five-hundred years ago, Flemish anatomist and artist Andreas Vesalius drew the pelvis with a full 90° backward rotation. Astonishingly, this error has never been corrected, and hip surgeries continue to be based on the Vesalius pelvis.

The term “osteoarthritis” is poorly defined, and equally poorly understood. A diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the hip usually means cartilage has worn down so that the two sides of the articulating joint are “bone on bone.” However, imaging studies that support this claim remain unsubstantiated. Joint space narrowing often has nothing to do with cartilage, but rather is the result of hypertrophy, or the ends of the bones themselves growing closer together.

First Aid for Chronic Hip Pain video course will help you understand that common orthopedic hip surgeries, performed on young and old alike, are based on anatomical misconception, and fraught with risk and failure. The First Aid for Chronic Hip Pain series includes comprehensive information on rehabilitating and restoring the hip joints to health.

  • First Aid for Your Bladder and Kidneys

This comprehensive course brings to light many crucial issues surrounding treatment of common urinary and bladder conditions that the medical system has kept hidden for close to a century. The history of antibiotics is explored, and importantly, how from its inception standard urine culture has been known to be inadequate for identifying many common urinary tract pathogens. This has led to repeat prescribing of antibiotics that are not curative, emergence of the chronic condition called bladder pain syndrome, and barbaric treatments with no foundation in empirical science.

Kidney stones are becoming more common in modern cultures, and are the sentinel condition of a growing category of illness called chronic kidney disease. The root causes of kidney stones are explored in depth, as are standard treatments and preventative strategies.

Kidney cancer is a serious diagnosis, yet the viewer is invited to decide for herself whether current treatments are worse than the disease itself. Preventative approaches to kidney health are demonstrated throughout the First Aid for Your Bladder and Kidneys video course

The anatomy of urinary incontinence is thoroughly described, and a comprehensive exercise program included to restore the urinary continence system to health.
