Julie Sheldon
With over 30 years in the conventional medical system, I’ve witnessed firsthand how it too often fails to meet the complex, nuanced needs of women—especially when it comes to pelvic health.
My approach is different. I offer deep, integrative support for both body and mind. As a licensed physical therapist, I bring a strong foundation in structural alignment, functional movement, and body-centered care. As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and PSYCH-K® Facilitator, I understand that true healing must also address the emotional and subconscious layers of the experience.
I hold advanced certifications in Clinical, Transpersonal, and Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, with over 500 hours of training from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy—Florida’s only state-licensed hypnotherapy school. This allows me to gently and effectively address the emotional challenges that often accompany prolapse: fear, shame, trauma, and a sense of disconnection from one’s body.
In my private practice, I combine therapeutic protocols such as hypnotic programming, regression therapy, parts therapy, breathwork, and PSYCH-K®—a powerful subconscious belief-change modality. These tools help clients shift limiting beliefs, release long-held emotional patterns, and reconnect with their inner strength and wholeness—to find peace under all circumstances.
Whether you’re navigating pelvic organ prolapse, facing other women’s health concerns, or simply seeking to feel more empowered and at home in your body, I offer a compassionate, safe, and holistic path forward.
I believe wholeheartedly in the Whole Woman paradigm. By combining my clinical expertise with powerful mind-body modalities, we can achieve meaningful, lasting results. Together, we can restore confidence, dignity, vitality—and the freedom to move through life with ease.
I'm based in Ormond Beach, Florida, and offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
