damn those mini-trampolines


Hi everyone! I think my UT was caused by jumping on a mini-trampoline, which I suspect caused my intestines to sag. I'm so relieved to have found this site. I'm 26, and I don't know where I would be without this knowledge. Thank-you Christine! I am doing the video, maintaining the posture, and I just started the face-down leg raises to strengthen my abs. I am contraindicated for inversion tables. Can someone suggest anything else that might help the intestinal situation? I hope to be able to do the Maya Massage. What about that yoga pose where you suck in your stomach as far as you can? I'm wondering if that's safe to do with prolapse. Oh, and a suggestion for easier bowel functioning, if you can't squat, raise your arms above your head- it may work just as well.
