I just found the new morning workout from Christine. I love it. I had a hard time fitting the other one into my busy morning before dashing off to work. I think I may be able to work this one in. I need to work on discipline in so many areas... my exercise, my eating to name a few. I hope all of you have a great day today. I think I would be in terrible shape both mentally and physically without this site. Thanks to all of you.
In my quest to understand what has happened to me and to search out options, I came across the book "Hold it sister" by Mary O'Dwyer, 2010 publication.
So far, I have found WW info, support and all that Christine has given us, to be intuitively satisfying. The depth and length of her research is extensive and impressive. I believe it will stand up to rigorous testing.
This morning I had the weirdest dream. I dreamt that I was inspecting my bulge with a mirror, noticed a little redness, and all of a sudden, my bladder bulged so far up that it came out of me and upwards, like a little erection! It was the size of my thumb and was really chaffed on the tip. I shrieked in horror, and then I woke up.
Hello,
I have been walking in the whole woman posture for the last couple of weeks. Not all the time, but as soon as I remember. It does not seem to help with the bulge. I can't tell it is doing anything. Does it take a while for it to correct the prolapse. I have a 3rd degree bladder prolapse with all other organs intact.
Thank everyone for their help.

Have just learned what a badonkadonk is.
Now I wonder if a woman is possessed of one- is that possibly a good thing?
Anyway, it is an interesting word. Just where is all this WW stuff taking me? I have had amazing information, amazing stories and amazing women touch me from all over the world. My life will never be the same again.
I am 29 years old and 8 weeks pp. I discovered I have rectocele and cystocele at 4 weeks pp. I immediately started researching POP and found Christine - thank God! I have been reading the forum for a month now, and decided to sign up.
Hello everyone. I'm new to this site and this is my first time posting in this forum, though I have already read many of your discussions. My midwife recently confirmed my fears that I have a prolapsed bladder, and my physical therapist diagnosed a mild rectocele a couple of days ago at my first appointment with her. I am so depressed and feel kind of hopeless. Please excuse me in advance for writing such a long post - I guess I feel that in order to truly understand my frustrations, one would have to know my pregnancy and birth stories.
Hi All,
We have truly knocked ourselves out, but to no avail, and it will be another day before all the new videos are up in the Village. Importantly, the Nora Coffey interview is up in the theatre, which you will find completely amazing!
Aza, I hope you will read my review of the epidural article in the Village Post - I wrote it just for you! You all will enjoy the Chiasson article too. We have been very blessed to have great minds and souls think highly enough of Whole Woman to give us original articles, for which I am entirely grateful.
Since I last contributed to the Forum, approx 2 months ago, I wanted
to share the results of my re-visit to my gynecologist.
4 months ago, I was diagnosed with vaginal vault prolapse. My
gynecologist had sent me home with instructions to search the internet
